Blue & Yellow Living Room

For this rental, the landlord recently renovated the home with light blue walls and a grayish/brown floor. Painting was not allowed. To embrace the color and keep the home bright, we went with a gray and white palette, focusing on pops of blues and golden yellows. The androgynous nature of this room played well for the couple as they both felt equally comfortable in this space. The large wooden painting filled the incredibly large wall and pulled the focus back to the center of the room. This helped with the cozy vibe the couple was seeking.
